Three's a complicated individual. I really need to post his info alongside his pic too at some point... Anyway he does in fact have three eyes, and he does use the goggles for repairing and also navigating Grave Vault--lighting is not good throughout it, some places are only lit by the ever burning fires. Three's goggles let him focus on three different points of interest at once, it also helps his eyes to focus easier. Without them its kind of the equivalent of someone who needs glasses, but can still see. He is capable of it, but it puts a lot of strain on his eyes. Three's eyes do not have a consistent appearance. They can change greatly--both the sclera color and pupils, as well as shape, size of pupil and other details. By default he has a sort of hypnotic look to his eyes--rings of color around the tiny pupil. His center eye is his dominant eye and is far more powerful in perception and changeability than the others.
