Appearance: Hypnotic Pirate is purplish-blue with a lavender belly, inside of arms and back of legs, leading up to about tail base height. Its tails are a spindly assortment of thick tentacle like appendages in a black color tone. It has a black stripe which also leads to a small fin. It has black sclera with red pupils.

Personality: Hypnotic Pirate could be considered a ‘fun’ individual. Likely not for those dealing with it, but it’s definitely a unique Qwuedeviv. Pirate loves its job and has a fantastically fun time with dressing up to play the part. The thrill of the hunt is all but a game to this Qwuedeviv and although there may be quicker ways to bring a Qwuedeviv in, it prefers to play a bit of ‘cat and mouse’ with its targets. Pirate is a bundle of surprises, forever keeping those it works with on their toes. It likes to spring the unexpected when things get dull.

Background: Hypnotic Pirate works with quite a few other mercenaries—sometimes directly with them like a crew and other times more spread out. It is amongst some of the top mercenaries the Qwuedeviv have. It expects dedication and perseverance from those it commands, failure to uphold such will likely be met with a confrontation from the sharkish Qwuedeviv.

Random Facts:

Pirate wears an assortment of different outfits. Its favorite is an open short sleeve shirt and a bandanna or two. Its pants and footwear vary.

The tooth it wears as a necklace is a Qwuedeviv tooth.

Those who work with Pirate complain that it is a lot of work.

Pirate is quite fond of water.

Although Pirate and Mesh have two very different methods of operation, the two get along fairly well when they happen to bump into each other. Pirate and Requiem however, do not.

There are a few horror stories floating around the Academy about Pirate. If any of the kittens ask it if they are true on its visits back home, it says they are. It thinks frightening the kits is rather amusing. ‘They’re all a bunch of smug amateurish furballs anyway.’ It proclaims.
