Appearance: The kitten is a lightish gray color with dark maroon-brown stripes on its ears, tail, and tentacles. It also has a few spots of maroon-brown and mint green. Its eyes are emerald green and its muzzle, ears and belly are a light offwhiteish peach. It wears a white cadet uniform.

Personality: Planetary Prancery, or simply “Um” as so many know it, is a worrier to an extreme. It is always second guessing its decisions and usually assumes its approach was not the best option. What it lacks in confidence it makes up with its loyalty and kind heart though. Um likely couldn’t leave a friend or foe behind to suffer—a trait that could prove dangerous to it in the future, but is okay for now.

Background: When Um first met Silver, it was in its usual state of worry and distress. When the other kitten asked what its name was it simply replied, ‘um’ several times. When asked what it was so upset over, it got a similar response. Thus its affectionate nickname of “Um” was born. Um wants to be a medic when it gets older and so it does its best to learn all it can—which can be quite overwhelming at times. It often worries that it won’t be good enough to make it as a Medic and then worries about what it will do. Silver always assures its friend that it will make a fine medic one day though.

Um has been told not to worry itself furless before. It isn’t quite sure if this is some kind of medical joke or a serious condition, but it finds it concerning.
