Appearance: Very smooth, dark blue—almost black—Qwuedeviv with bright blue, bioluminescent glowing dots along its back, head and tail. Wears standard Navy uniform.

Personality: Another fairly quiet Qwuedeviv. River is hesitant to act without orders. It is not particularly confrontational, but will not stand by if someone is picking on its friends. Otherwise it is usually just a curious individual.

Background: There isn’t a whole lot to be said about River. It is friends with Snow, and has just recently ranked up to a Sea’deviv rank.

Random Facts:

It has a tendency to whip its tail around a lot. If it gets moving fast enough it creates an illusion of trailing lights.

River is fast once it gets into water and can tolerate deep diving with ease.

River knows Ick'ick quite well.
