Sergeant Major Warped Visions, commander of Crew 38
The character itself still looks totally the same, but I changed Visions' outfit to be standard issue for its rank and such.
I didn't see the need to redo its whole ref though just for the sake of its outfit. As an FYI it has ear wholes in the sides of its clothy part of its hat. X3
