Not particularly an important character to the series, but I thought I’d draw it anyway. So here goes, a little info on it.

Kriehexx Crasun’tau
Head Medical Officer

Appearance: Its body is primarily black with some splotches of orange and two stripes of orange on its face. Its tail however is incredibly stripey. Its eyes have a minty green appearance as do the insides of its ears. It is usually wearing all white.

Bio: Kriehexx has always been of a business mindset. It isn’t one to particularly enjoy small talk or anything that would otherwise distract it from work. It is not particularly fond of other Qwuedeviv beyond over seeing their care. It doesn’t work on a whole lot of cases anymore but rather oversees those who do. It isn’t known to be particularly pleasant to work with if it does drop in to assist hands on. It is very very sparse on compliments and tends to focus on what needs to be improved. Regardless, the standard of medical care, both preventive and corrective, within HQ has improved under this feline’s watch.

Kriehexx was personally in charge of training Pokeyoo after the Qwuedeviv very efficiently got under the others’ fur and outsmarted their tests on a few occasions—thus making a mockery of them. Not wanting to have future ‘devivs lose respect for the medical branch, Kriehexx agreed.

If there’s any one Qwuedeviv who knows how to deal with Pokeyoo fairly efficiently, it’s Kriehexx. It has never found Pokeyoo’s behavior admirable, respectable or anything similar and has always made a point of making this known. Kriehexx has never really complimented Pokeyoo on anything it has done, but to other sources it has made it known that it believes Pokeyoo is a very capable Qwuedeviv…with a completely unteachable spirit which has rendered all efforts wasted.

Their mentor/apprentice relationship is incredibly strained due to the methods Kriehexx must implement if it wants to get Pokeyoo to listen at all. The only way to break its egotistical know it all barrier is to simply bombard it with questions and hands on pop quizzes of sorts with time limits far above expectation for even long time medical officers. Needless to say, such tactics do not settle well with a certain white and orange Qwuedeviv.

Kriehexx is rather disappointed with Pokeyoo’s decision to hop around with various scout crews as a career rather than pursue a job at their main medical branch or even one of their science branches. It is another topic of great tension between the two. Kriehexx still feels Pokeyoo is wasting its talent and performing a sort of injustice to their species as a whole with its behavior. The only reason Kriehexx granted Pokeyoo with clearance to join up with crews was due to its lack of cooperation as a team player with anyone in their medical facility. That and it was hopeful the Qwuedeviv would change its mind after being subjected to life with crews. Unfortunately it only seemed to encourage the renegade medic in its decision.

Random Facts:
Kriehexx is usually addressed by its last name, and sometimes on rare occasions, its first. It is very formal and impersonal. It is no surprise then then Pokeyoo insists on calling it Kri-Kri or just Kri.

Kriehexx has a tendency to make rather harsh comments, especially directed at Pokeyoo. Things like ‘It’s a wonder command didn’t toss you in a river when you were a kitten.’ Etc.
