Edgelord alert. If anyone remembers the names I used to call him by, no you don't.
This bio may have heavier implications than the last one I shared. I'm going to water it down a lot, but warning for fictional animal violence/death.

Anadari (he/him) is the only cub of taiga-native Melodia (she/her). Born in the temperate forest east of his kin's homeland, he is raised in secret by his mother and Komodo, the healer of the tribe inhabiting the region. When the tribe leader, Markhor, discovers Komodo's unauthorized assistance to the outsiders, he threatens to kill Anadari and chase the tigress off, only to be stopped by his second-in-command, Pangolin. Markhor allows the two to live along the outskirts of Pangolin's share of territory as long as they make themselves useful.

As he grows older, Anadari takes to helping Komodo and Melodia with their healing duties, but Pangolin has other plans for him and regularly pulls him aside for brutal training sessions. Anadari complies to ensure his family's safety, but despite how miserable Pangolin's treatment makes him, he begins to recognize the potential his de facto mentor sees in him.

Hunter, a tiger around his age, befriends Anadari after a few chance meetings. The two become almost inseparable, and Anadari even earns his scars during a second brush with death while protecting Hunter from invading predators.

Even as life with the tribe begins to improve, Anadari cannot help but feel a pull away from the forest, urging him toward the west. He makes up his mind to set off for the taiga and mountains, promising Hunter his eventual return but knowing he cannot guarantee such a thing.
