Louie has decided to join the gang of Balloon Bandits. He has been given a blue mask and is putting his Balloon Bazooka to use. As an extra, he has a bubble mage power that he can use alongside. As you can also see, there is a dial on there to set a mode. The blue marker is for regular balloons, and the red is for anti-balloons.
