My friend Rachel is working for a charity called StepChange and it is launching a campaign next week called Need to Sleep and it’s all about helping the millions of people up and down the country who are struggling financially. These folk often spend countless nights lying awake, staring at the ceiling and wondering how they're going to deal with it all. This lonely feeling is made all the worse when there's no one to talk to about it. Sooner or later, the exhaustion and worry begins to affect other areas of their lives such as their job, their relationships and their mental health.

Next monday, when you visit our new website NeedtoSleep.org, you'll see the story of a guy named Paul, who's life is falling apart due to his money worries. Will help from StepChange get things back on track...?

Most of us remember the comfort of our first teddy bear, and it would be great if you could all post a selfie holding your favourite toy or teddy (or whatever it is that helped you to get asleep when you were a kid).
