On the left, Kiyone Matsuyama; she aspires to supervillainess-hood, but her ambition gets too far ahead of her most of the time and her attempts often come across as humiliatingly inept. On the right, Lori Arcadia; she spends her free time solving society's problems with unrestricted violence Rorshach-style, which has earned her the ire of local cops. They happen to be next door neighbors, and over the last year or so they've grown to be particularly close friends...
