WIP foaming of a mascot-style costume of a fictional creature named Squatchie. What makes this different from a fursuit head is that first of all, it's very oversized for a toony look to match the customer's artwork, and secondly it's one-size-fits-all, since different people will be wearing this to various events. Vision is out the nose and mouth, and the head has an adjustable hard hat inside. The body too shall be one-size-fits-all with a foam body pod construction.

My background is actually with mascot costumes, so it's kind of neat to get to use what I learned working at the mascot company on a commission. :) Most fursuits are so different, almost none of the techniques directly carry over.
