When the cute anthropomorphic illustration in the instruction manual is surprisingly true-to-life.

"Don't be afraid to chat with your lawnmower! This is a good way to maintain your mower's overall health.

"To unlock the mower, pull down and back on the handle and start pushing forward. The mower will chew through grass with its teeth and clippings will come out of the opening in the back. Although there may not be any blades or sharp edges visible, you should still avoid putting your hands inside the mower while it is unlocked.

"To put the mower into self-propelled mode, push the handle downwards and then give it the start command. Self-propelled mode is indicated by a determined facial expression as shown in fig. 3. If self-propelled mode does not active, the lawnmower may be out of energy (see section 2: Recharging / Food) or require motivational support."
