Super old fan art! It's a gyarados, obviously, and I drawed it all by meself. Microns on inkjet standard paper, 8.5" x 11"
I still actually have the original, in with highschool papers...

The inking looks pretty damn fantastic, good job!
I especially love all the detailing around the head, it looks very "realistic" in a sense.
