Old art, old description!

Felt like adding to Xelm's (on IB) costume collection, at least I don't think he's had a pirate costume before, I remember ninja, Indian, and deputy (which was basically just a toy gun) costumes, but not a pirate one =P

This will most likely be colored in the near future =3
