Makeers is an angel-like creatures of Shang-La world, Seth is one of them too, but he hates his nature and 'job'. He is not like this - he wants to live a freely life without any rules, to play an evil and weird tricks on mortal beings, so he is seaking for an escape now.
His little friend, one of the imp-like Tarquins, can help Seth to be free.
