Here is another couple of simplistic magic items, magical quills! Here is the basic description:

The pen on the left is an Unending Pen of Phantom Inks:

This pen never runs out of ink, but it only writes in black. The ink fades one hour later, only able to be read in specific kinds of light:

• Firelight (Includes candles, torches, and other flames)
• Magic Light (Includes the dancing lights, light, and continual flame spells)
• Moonlight
• Starlight (Usually only chosen by those with Darkvision)

The pen on the right is an Unending Pen of Many Inks:

This simple calligraphy or drawing pen never runs dry of ink, which comes in 9 different colors: Black, Mid Neutral Grey, White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple. The tip has a tiny bit of the current color on the end to indicate the current setting. The pen is quite fragile however, and care must be taken with it. It comes with a case of hardwood. All inks are of mundane type if examined afterwards.
