I had a bout of inspiration the other night and decided to draw two of my characters, Lord Hauldcrey of Vomorel and his manservant, Satserei. In the Sarvolk kingdom, mammals occupy the lower echelons of society, and they often find themselves in service to the reptilian nobility. Hauldcrey is one of the few rulers who feels no contempt towards the Rumesti (fox-men) and Maht-Rat (rat-men) who live in his land, and he took Satserei into his court at a young age to care for him. After the death of the lord's wife, he lapsed into depression and Satserei became the only one privy to his personal life, and the only one he could look to for comfort.
