Do you really wanna stand stiff at attention?

I'm normally not one for anarchistic themes but I love the anthemic feel of Say Anything's Burn a Miracle song from their "Anarchy my Dear" album. I know I kinda illustrated something from this particular song already but someone went and reblogged a live performance of this song and the song changes pace a few times...so one drawing can't capture the entire thing IMO.

Listening to this song puts me in a happy place. I'm instantly back at the Say Anything concert I went to back in April and I'm reminded of a time I walked into work singing this song with a jump in my step and a smile on my face.

People really don't understand the things Say Anything has done for me in the ways of my depression and anxiety as well as my outlook on life. I guess it's because I could relate to their lead singer's struggle with anxiety and depression leading up to the release of their 2007 album. Now he's producing great music and has a beautiful and talented wife and the most precious dog as well as many adoring fans.

I look up to that even if I'm not a musician myself
