Somewhere deep inside my mind had told me that it would be a great idea to make both Wander and Sylvia,
have mega evolutions, and i sometimes question the ideas that i make..

Giving him these move sets seem a lot more fitting being that he's not much of a fighter, Plus he would
have “Levitate" along with his mega because, why not?
