Here is yet another OC that was once a WOY fan character!

Bartleby is somewhat of a stuck up and fussy pirate cat/dog thing who is also Babs's rival, and whenever
there’s treasure they often engage in a sword/dagger fight! He travels from world to world hunting
for treasure with his loyal crew and flying ship.
