katie's able to turn into anything remotely feline, including silly hybrids. Se can also turn into a generic cat furry, but prefers more "feral" proportions as a rule.

Plus, se's rather fond of dragons... So, why not a dracat? Part housecat, part cheetah, part Spiral dragon.

I'll admit, this was kind of inspired by xilimyth and brenderlin... I stumbled across art of Xili a couple days ago, and liked the dracat idea enough to draw katie as one. The cheetah part is a specific nod to Xili x3

Also I like cheetahs to begin with, and katie looks really nice with spots, so~
