How to draw diaper

Leon 13

Some people have difficulty drawing diapers. So to help them out, Parker here poses while I demonstrate how to draw a diaper.

1: First, draw line from the waist to the middle of the body, then draw down. Make them both slightly curved for higher detail. I'm referring to this as a curved L line.
2: Then draw a series of curved lines down to the top of the leg. These lines make the diaper look nice and crinkly.
3: Now draw outward from the edge of the waist where you drew the line from step one. After making that little curved triangle, draw close to the waist, then outward in a long curved line that end back at the leg. You can make the line more or less curved to adjust the thickness of the diaper.
4: Near, but not on, The turn of the curved L line, draw outward to the other side of the waist. Then repeat the rounded triangle/ curved line phase from step 3 to draw the other half of the diaper. Make sure it covers the other leg, as that part shouldn't be visible.
5: Now the tape. Just draw a rectangle on the shorter part of the L line. I like to draw a small curved line through it to add a wrinkle in the diaper, increasing quality.
6: Step 6 is optional. Some diapers have a rectangle on the front called the tape field, which can feature pictures. Just draw another rectangle at the edge of the front half. Make sure it doesn't overlap the tape, make the tape overlap it.

And your done! I'll also show you how to draw a pelenka in the future.
