SURPRISE! I'm posting in the wee hours of the morning since I forgot my sleeping pills!

It started out as an average night. The only difference was refraining from wearing any night clothes except my diaper. Then without warning, after waking up in the middle of the night like I always do, the loudest thunderstorm ever started. This damn storm prevented me from falling asleep again. It was still hot up in my room, my diaper was sweaty and wet. I tried to make myself tired by playing cards on my DS, but all that did was make my eyes sore. So I lay there awake for 70 percent of the night before falling asleep and waking up late yet again.

Based on a real experience a few days ago, which also had the power go out, and my Miniature Schnauzer, Susie, came into my room, drooled on my fav blanket, and made noise.
