This was a character I created a long time ago. He was supposed to be used in an animated series called “Dustin's diapers”. I can't remember the specifics of this show, despite me creating it, but it had something to do with the little cartoon pictures on his diaper. I drew part of an intro for it in the Pencil Animation program, where a butterfly landed on a flower before the camera zoomed out, revealing it was a picture on his diaper before Dustin waves at the camera. It's a shame Pencil still doesn't have just a regular straight line tool. That was my only problem with it. I can't remember if I based Dustin on Spike (Their colors are Very similar) or just a coincidence.
