I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate comments for this. Though I'm not the biggest fan of Rocko's Modern Life, I do love Rocko's character design, so I had to draw him. I just bumped into him on the street one day. He was wandering around in his undies, like he does on several episodes. He was under a lot of stress, so I gave him something to help quell it, my diaper. After putting it on, Rocko felt at ease due to it's comfort. Meanwhile, I took his undies and held them in front of my groin so I wouldn't get arrested for indecent exposure.
