I actually have a hot tub in real life, well, my parents do. I just love getting in it during winter, where it's heat feels good. A few nights ago, I looked at the sky and was amazed to see that it wasn't at all dark. I could still the the landscape clearly lit. The sky wasn't black, it was gray with some brown patches mixed it. Normally, it requires a bright moon to see this clearly, but there wasn't one present that night. I thought this deserved a picture. Parker and I got in our outdoor hot tub. We hung our pelenkas on the racks next to the baby powder as we stared up at the partially lit sky, while Parker was standing ankle deep in snow, shivering. It's amazing what we can see in our own back yards.
