This was an entry for a padded cutie tournament on twitter hosted by Youknowthatpup, where every piece of fanart submitted adds additional points for the competitor of your choice. This was during the “Mae vs Tails” round.

Tails is perhaps the only Sonic character I tolerate (though I still doubt I’d draw him for commissions), though despite how amazing he looks in YKYP’s style, I wanted Mae to win since there was already a tidal wave of padded Tails art present. Sadly, due to the bloated Sonic fanbase (the diaper side of it at least), this was a futile effort.

I will say, I did enjoy drawing Mae. I like working with more cartoony noodle-like limbs than the realistic ones I completely butcher with every picture.
