The Main antagonist of Shield of Art, Decimus. An Art Hating Tyrant who seized control of Ditumen after the economy slumped, he has now banned all forms of art due to a time in school when a bully drew a mean picture of him. He also established reeducation centers to forcibly rehabilitate some of the more resistant members of his new society. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is known to wear very baby-like diapers under his diaper cover.
