I saw a picture of this character on a poster for an anime called “Yume Oukoku to Nemureru 100” and immediately had to draw him in a diaper. His name is Navi, based on the sources I found, and he’s the assistant to the main character. Looks like a gust of wind blew up the back of his suit, revealing the new addition to his uniform, not like it was hiding anything anyway.
