Deep in outer space, in a sector far from any planet, lived a race far more powerful than any other planet, the Celestials. Beings made from pure energy and larger than a star. The Celestials monitored the universe, preventing the creation of too many galaxies. The Celestials upheld a pact, that none of them could reproduce, as the offspring of Celestials would possess Omnipotent power that rivals even their parents.

One day, however, that pact was broken. Two Celestials fell in love and procreated, which soon yielded twin Baby Dragon Celestials. Knowing the children would be put to death, the father Celestial used his omnipotent abilities to create a Pocket Dimension to hide the babies in. The Father was only able to hide one of them, however, before he and his mate were punished.

The Other baby was taken by the Celestial Council, whom decided on the fate of the child. Suddenly, the child cried, opening a tear in the fabric of Space time. The Baby was sucked through and the tear sealed itself. Many light years away, the baby landed on an inhabited planet. However, the journey through the tear drained most of his Celestial abilities, leaving him a normal child. He was then adopted and lived a normal life, becoming a dragon of 6 years of age.

Meanwhile, the other baby, still in the pocket dimension, initially shared a psychic link to his brother. Once the brother went through the tear, however, the link was broken. The Baby in the Pocket Dimension gradually learned to use his powers, one of which was creating a loincloth out of celestial energy. He also possessed the ability to feel the thoughts of every living organism in a select area. Though he was initially overwhelmed by this, he gradually learned to control it and began searching for his brother with this ability.

After several years of scanning entire galaxies, his brother was finally located. While the Brother on the planet was sleeping, the other entered his dreams. Upon touching his brother, the memories and parts of his Celestial powers were awakened. However, he also matched the same DNA as his brother, which meant that he was now a baby again.
