In Perfect Dark, Joanna gets in her attractive party dress to meet with the President. Just then, the Skedar attack the Institute and she has to fight them back. She is unfortunately captured and those meanies rip her dress. Let's Imagine that Parker was in a similar situation.

Parker was attending an opening Ceremony at a Hotel just for diaperfurs and babyfurs called safety pin (Something I'm actually planning on making an animated series for), when Anti-Diaperfur Forces attack and Parker is captured.
