Rally Paint Test (critique requested)

I was testing my painting skills open canvas 1.1 to:

a) get use to using OC 1.1 again

b) try my hand at painting and shading/lighting.

I believe I failed at both! Dx

This is one of my characters, Rally Greyspire. He is a kuvrahk, which is a species from Noben's comic http://altermeta.net/

otherwise he's a dragon =p tell me how it looks please, I need pointers.

    Everything looks solid here, only thing that seems to nidge at me are the eyes. I could be wrong, but one of them appears lower/higher than the other.

    Aside from that, everything else is bangon :D

      thanks yeah I see it. using an older program is hard when you haven't used it in a year o.o;
