So my gF go me a book called "hyperbole and a half" while I was in the clinic.
It helped a lot.and the others that were there too, loved it when I read it aloud to them.
Possibly the BEST medicine we had there.

There's a section called the "simple dog and the helper dog"
which I love (besides the whole book)

So me as Nick I feel like the simple dog I need help
and Raphael (my IRL emotional support dog) is my helper dog (just not deranged and psychotic )
but he (along with my GF get me through the day)
