Morgan Parkes, the first Rat Chimera, posing for the cameras for Bio Dynamics. When the Rats escaped en mass from a remote facility owned by the national University of Hamua he proved to be a natural leader with a talent for escape and evasion, escaping various restraints, and unconventional combat techniques. This makes him rather unique in the matriarchal society that he is assumed to live in. He is currently wanted for various crimes including theft, breaking and entering, and possession of weapons prohibited to biologial AIs. His current whereabouts are unknown, like most of his species.
