Topaz looked at the clock. She didn't need to be anywhere for a few hours. Since she had some time to herself, she had made arrangements to do something she secretly enjoyed but found it a bit awkward to explain to some. She liked on occassion to pretend she was a kitten. Though she would never give up her life, she found a certain peace in being someone's pet, dependent on them for one's care.

The first step was to change. She locked her door and slipped off her boots, flexing her paws on the soft carpet. After wearing them all day it felt good to have her feet free.

"At last, a chance to relax." She meowed to herself, a sound she rarely made around strangers. A collar with a large bell on it and her outfit rested on her bed not far away. She had some time to enjoy the mental transformation. Time to clear her thoughts and relax.
