Each frame is only 0.05 seconds long which makes the framerate 20 fps; that's what makes it look so fluid. The higher the framerate, the more like real life animation appears. :3

I actually used to animate, myself. XD I always used 1 frame per .5 seconds with 30 frames for my runcycles, which is probably why mine didn't look as good.
30fps is the ideal for animation; most cameras film at about 40fps but it's difficult to animate things that fast using frames.
