Tia's original outfit is meant to be fairly circus ringleader-y to begin with, but the colors and design kind of work well enough that you can miss the intent of the style, while still haven't it work well enough as an everyday outfit. When I noticed this design a while back, I thought "Imma put that on Tia" and here we go-- The colors pop a lot more with immediate recognition of intent. (Ignore that someone's already thought it was a magician's outfit. XD) And it's sexier to boot, lols. XD
