This was actually the first of the Character 100 instances that I did... I think? One other may have come first, but I still haven't finished that one so... of the FINISHED ones, this definitely came first. XD

Mephi is a coyote, and rebuild of an older character of mine which... you could probably pick out if you tried. :p
As the most basic description, they're more of a relaxed, meditative spiritualist? I'm not sure that they have any "powers" in that sense of things, but I like the idea of them having an otherworldly feel about them regardless. Some mix of knowledgeable/wise and... head in the clouds. Someone who could be a guiding force without actually... trying to be one?

I dunno, there's more to him than that, but I still don't have much use for him yet. I mostly just really enjoyed giving him a new design and an actual shot at some life.
