This is Kyousuke, usually seen with three tails, portrayed as a nine-tailed kitsune. The image depicts Kyousuke at a point just before enlightenment as he performs the ritual of end time. This ritual is performed to achieve the tenth tail and ascend to a higher plane of existence. As you can see, even as a kitsune of such a high rank Kyousuke still doesn't take himself seriously. Fox fire is still one of his favorite things to play with to pass the time.

Kyousuke is still in pursuit of enlightenment and still possesses the rank of 3 tails. This image only displays a potential future event.
