However, just like every other initial iteration of my past drawing styles, implementation is gonna hurt like !@#$!@%.

I agree with Beo, Looks good!
I also hate drawing hands, as many others do. You're not alone there x.x Just takes practice though! Or cleverly hiding them behind clothes/objects/other people in the scene, the usual :P
Overall anatomy looks pretty good to me though.

Yeah, I used to always hide the hands but after a while it really bothers me :/
Though, what's circling in my head at the moment is how the heck I'll manage to applicate this new style in my other drawing...

A little late to the party as I've been gone on deployment, but I've been looking over your most recent work and I've got to say I rather enjoy it. The characters look older too, overall very good. Always enjoyed your style.
