In case it isn't obvious enough, Johnson and Carter each wear a half of Yin Yang as their necklace. Carter wears Yin; Johnson wears Yang.

It's a representation of their relationship: tied to each other, forever, until death does them apart.

You were the one who put this broken foxy back together -- you listened to his hopes and fears without question, laughed and cried with him in every conversation for countless days and nights, made sacrifices by putting aside everything else just for him ...you willingly endured everything with him, together, through thick and thin, and did everything you possibly could to fix him up to a point where you broke yourself.

In return, now that he stands stronger than before, he will fix you back.

And he will make sure he fixes you the same way you fixed him.
