This is my first attempt at character animation. It's not that good- BUT! I plan to improve. I will be doing a series of these- same idea over and over hoping each one will be better.
Over all it's very stiff. I need more bob and stretch.

For a first try this is excellent. But yeah the main thing that sticks out to me is that it's rather stiff; you acknowledged that yourself though.
