This is Montoya, there is some unfortunate Sadness with this one, this character I took under my arm, for a friend who passed away a couple of years ago, and in his honor and out of respect for him i am taking care of a few of his characters that were orphaned.

My actions have been met with mostly positivity, and i will treasure her like i treasured my friendship.

On other note, Montoya comes from a universe, where pokemon don't have pokemon abilities or attacks they live lives much like typical humans, without powers, however Montoyas inspiration comes from the Video Game series called Infamous, where individuals with varying powers started showing up known as Conduits, Montoyas powers are based off of Desmond the main character you play as in Infamous Second Son, also known as a Smoke Conduit.
