I had a horrible craving to design a character, I so adore creating new designs and such, and today I wanted to create one of my monsters, I've chosen to call them 'Cocals' which was a name I used for a simlar race I had as a child. These creatures can also be seen in my recent monster egg adopts and also is the race that Pumpkin is.

At any rate, I poked Erika and asked if she needed/wanted a new character. She laughed at me of course, and told me she could always use new ones. So, we chatted just a bit, decided it would be bat-like <3 and I went to work. This cutie was the result and I think it's fair to say she ADORES him.

My brief idea for him is that he's a fairly slender Cocal, but a fairly skilled magic user too. His blue runes light up with magic and often just in darker settings while his amber gems in his horns, spikes and claws, amplify his abilities. His wings are as clear as glass and radiate glowing color when he's casting magic or flying. All he can do is glide unless he casts magic through his wings to get him up!

I had a lot of fun with this, I gain far too much enjoyment from designing things, especially when I have free reign~ I'm sure you'll be seeing more of this guy from me soon <3 Likely in both random doodles and RP type doodles, I need to get this boy a lover!
