Playing around/practicing with markers here. I'm used to colored pencils, so the whole concept of working fast and even is alien to me.
I know I broke a few cardinal rules, but hey, it's just stuff to keep in mind for next time.

Argh, I feel you on the tip thing. I like them a lot for smaller projects and for certain things, like smoke and blending. Larger projects are a whole 'nother beast.

Oh my god, I know what you mean. I bleed for the pencils...!!!
Markers are nice, but the tips are kind of bulky. I feel I have less control over them. That being said, I have seen some fantastic marker stuff online. The few attempts I've used them have been alright, so... IDK.
