Pokeddex Challenge for December - Day 20

Saturday's challenge was your favorite electric rodent. And yeah, I'm behind again. ;v; I figured this would happen since the holidays are closing in, but I'm determined to finish this challenge, even if I've technically already failed. But anyways, Raichu is probably my fave! I normally have one on my team at some point or another in every game.
