PremierPower Corporation. A public utility holding company based in lovely Mogadore (The Polymer City!™) in the great state of Scioto (The Core of it All) in the world-straddling colossus known as the Federated States of Columbia.

These are caricatures of some of the very real people from "Confessions of a Commissioning Engineer." (Ori is excepted. Using him to represent the operating company personnel in a seemingly-interchangeable manner is wrong) Most of them are complimentary. Some not so much.

Among the varied cast are:
A lineman who has seen too much of the world, based out of the Bronx Service Center (South-Central side of Aquila)
A young commissioning engineer
A high-strung department head with relationship troubles
A nearly-retired commissioning engineer from Maumee, based out of the Willamette Service Center
An experienced commissioning engineer with dreadlocks who spends more time with PP-NOC (Carroll-Ottowa Nuclear Station) than he wishes.
Another desk jockey department manager, an aging nationalist transplant from the Kievan Republic

The Bland Names are a balance between familiarity, a desire to avoid corniness, and a desire to protect the guilty. The key here is that everything is like the world we know, but slightly different (It's actually a lost colony of terragen life in the back corners of a space opera setting, but that really isn't important.) I should cover the rest of the department, although it's going to be mostly birds and mammals from here on out for demographic reasons...but that's just the way things are.
