Here it is, the concept art for the Baragon costume, in all of its floppy-eared glory. This is the (current) culmination of a project that started near the end of March. My target date for completion is March 10th, 2016. With luck, it will be done and tested well before that date.

This should have been ready a few weeks back, but you know how things can be. At least it looks good, which is what really matters. (It's not perfect, attempting to mirror the sketches didn't work out so well, so I was stuck with what was on the page.)

The next thing on my agenda is figuring out how to turn this idea into a creature of foam, fleece, and lycra. I'll start with the head--if that works, I'll commit to the rest of that scaly carcass.
