My lackluster attempt at drawing the face of a dragon I thought up for a DnD backstory to a short-lived DnD session.

I did a lot of cheating by squinting at the DnD Monster Manual. I tried to stylize him up it a bit, but those drawings are really specific in their details! And I just gots 'ta have me an authentic DnD-style dragon 😄

The player character was (is?) a Kobold named Sakkit (not pictured) from a distant mountain settlement, where a Copper Dragon rules over their underground city. Unlike most Copper Dragons, Caphipherum's lair is atop a whimsical tower dungeon of his own design.

The tower is a distraction to keep adventuring heroes from noticing the sprawling Kobold mining city below the surface. Why go down when you obviously should go up a tower, right? Each level of the tower is a miniature dungeon set-piece, and the tower is designed modularly so new sections can be slotted in on giant rails running the entire tower. For a "modest fee" (and some "small" waivers to sign), the Kobold monks running a temple of Bahumut near the ground floor will revive heroes who die during their "run" inside the tower. The elevator can be set to stop at multiple levels of difficulty, depending on the adventuring party. If you reach the top, Caphy will give you a riddle, and maybe a small consolation prize. It's like Disneyland! Except slightly more deadly! (Want a free revival? Sign those waivers!)

P.S. If you want to live, don't ask for the "All Stations" run. Some of those levels are literal killing machines. 😉
