This one's another oldie! 2009-07-21

This guy is a concept for some aliens I had a long while back, I'd almost forgotten about him! He's a creature that looks and moves like a living blob of quicksilver. He can be any kind of shape, and can hide inside tiny cracks in rocks with ease. His kind live in a desert on some distant planet somewhere. The heat and lack of water don't phase them, their only danger is areas of magnetic rock, naturally caused by lightning strikes. Those little black pearl eyes are the only gaps in their bodies.

I tried for a metallic effect when I drew this one, so I could properly show off his proper appearance 😛
